If the only thing you need the breaker for is the lugs, I'd go with xxAGAVExx and rent one. If you think you might need one later on, I've had good luck with Craftsman and Snap-On (but it's been over a decade since I made any major tool purchases, so quality may have changed).

For tightening lug nuts, a cheap beam torque wrench does just fine. Or splurge and get one of the clickers. (Links not recommendations, just some pretty pictures. But either one looks like a reasonable choice.)
