Each session I rev'd once to red-line and kept it all over the revs generally up to 5k sometimes to 6. I stopped over to let her cool down after each 30 min session as I had a long drive home. Oil change @ 500 miles then again at 1500 miles. Now I do one about every 1500 to 2000 miles. After the first couple hundred miles I started driving it like I do always (pretty heavy footed). Just make sure you listen to the car - do all the services and be diligent w/ the oil and it will treat you good. This is my second VQ - and she runs strong as ever
