While using a smaller pulley on the blower will give you more output, it also runs the blower at higher speeds which will decrease the life of the blower. Unless you are sure your blower can handle the higher RPMs, you should get a bigger blower.

As per others, the piping/valves/controls is just a matter of figuring out where to make it fit.

Can it be done on a 370Z? I don't see why not (assuming there's enough room for everything to fit). But you may be running the blower outside of it's reliable range.
