The fact that you can buy a fit, STI, Z, and G though says a lot. I make a little over 50k yearly without overtime and i've still had a few occasions where budgets are tight. Nothing is "cheap" anymore. 30 years ago, 50k would buy basically a mini mansion. 50k now even in my city results in a low-tier apartment. No way should a ranch style house build in the 30's cost over 100k. |
