It will put them on notice, and PayPal will only give them a limited time to respond before deducting funds from their account. Email AJ pictures of the damage and keep record of all conversations. I went ahead and file a claim. In order to get my refund back I have to ship out the bumper. Sooo looks like I have to spend more money on a bumper for shipping purposes.
I'd figure the cost of shipping the bumper would be a couple hundred dollars and Paypal states that a confirmation with signature at delivery is needed for full refund.
Greyhound would be the cheapest but does not deliver at the door. I was thinking of just getting it repaired, Do yall know if bodyshops can repair a crack bumper??
