My front camber has remained at -1.9 to -2.0 degrees the whole time. Similarly, my rear camber has remained at -1.6 to -1.7 degrees. Caster is an even 6.1 degress on both sides. The only variable in my alignment is toe. I have had it set to +.05 front and +.09 rear each time, but it apparently doesn't hold too well. The toe values are way off (sometimes one side negative and one side positive) and have to be reset.

So I'm just as confused as you are regarding the outside tire wear, especially on a daily driven street car with relatively a lot of negative camber.

If anyone has any ideas about the cause of this pattern of tire wear, please chime in.

Well, I guessed I am not alone. I am wondering if the wheel spacers have anything to do with the excessive outside tire wear? At first I thought I have poster camber, after all that will cause outside tire wear. Then I looked at the tires and they definitely have negative camber, how much I don't know. But now you have confirmed that even with negative camber you still have excessive outer tire wear. What gives?
