I've had a little bit of anxiety about it, but I think I'll be okay! Changing the way I do my grocery & Costco trips (smaller trips, more frequently) and I'll do big trips when I take the Z in for service and have a rental. If I need to haul and materials to my house, I'll call a buddy or rent a home depot truck for $20/hr + mileage and get it done! Uber could be an option as well. Eventually I'll pick up an old beater to haul things around in, as well as something to pull my jeep which is not street legal.
