Judging from the manual, the front bumper has been drilled to have the LED modules sit into it.... So removing them will leave holes in your bumper, get a shop to melt and cover and paint will be costly... Best option is to hit the classify section and see if anyone is selling the front bumper in your color. Looks like you're located in CA, you shouldn't have a problem getting a new bumper for 200 bucks or so. As for removing the old one and installing the new one, it will take a first timer less than an hour if you follow the DIY on this forum, but it is really easy to replace it yourself, saving you a couple bucks of labor. I've taken my front bumper off a few times and can do it under 10 minutes now lol. It can be a fun project for a weekend if you're interested in doing it. Best of luck!
