Thanks Guys
I'll try the new pump.
In addition, we will change in April to Speed Density.
Install a 3 bar MAP sensor incl. Temperature sensor into the Plenum
and so the temperature after intercooler evaluate.
(My old tuner had from me the task to install a temperature sensor.
Unfortunately, he has these installed in the charging pressure pipe,
which is why he screwed anything more on my "Z"!
How stupid some people can be ...
)
My new idea is the following:
The pump is controlled by a speed controller.
The new temperature sensor (Plenum) can be read via the "PLX WiFi" and EcuTek.
So I can set the optimum pump speed may.
The aim is to regulate the pump via the temperature sensor in the plenum.
With a minimum and maximum speed
Here is the basic diagram:
BTW:
Here's a current evaluation via PLX and OBD2 under BOOST
:
1. Outside temperature 10°C (50°F) via OBD2
2. MAF temperature 11°C (52°F) via OBD2
3. Boost pressure 9 psi via PLX
4. Compressed charge air temperature
110°C (230°F) via PLX
5. EGT exhaust gas temperature 850°C (1562°F) via PLX
I myself was surprised by the temperature builds up in the charge air pipe at full BOOST!
