No that's not a good idea. Try to go somewhere that works with sports or race cars for the alignment. The normal places sometimes don't quite get it. They are use to daily driver normal cars. Sometimes there's a good guy at a normal place though. Sears use to be the go to for lowered cars where I live, now there's a race shop I use.
Installing the parts isn't hard, just try to adjust them close to what you remove. Then take it for an alignment.
