I have 1 pair of tan slacks that I wear with a red state farm shirt if I ever go out marketing at like job fairs or anything like that.

Sad to say, yeah, because the yellow is a slow down and proceed with caution and while making an unprotected Left turn at a yellow light would deem it unsafe. I would honestly see that one being a 51/49 call though. Very close to deem who is at fault. Plus he probably (should have, if he didn't) got a ticket or two to boot and had higher ins premiums.
