For the power that it had, gas mileage was mediocre... and I should have expected more out of it. I had the 6-spd manual and installed a short shifter, so throwing it through the gears (despite the FWD) was fun and had a sporty-ish feel to it... but in the end, it's not a sports car.

I ended up going back to a 300zx for a few years and then eventually got my 370z. Both were a step up in every possible area from the Tib... except maybe trunk space. Trust me, you won't look back and think it was a bad decision if you move to a 370. Money well spent.
Yeah i agree with everything you said here. Funny i actually just had a 300zx TT i sold to make room for the 370z. And now selling the tiburon to fund mods for a new 370z lol. I am pretty excited about the whole car i think it will be a great car to modify and give me alot of performance for the cost. At best i always described the tiburon as a sporty car, not a sports car. Still had good times but i need a whole new level of car to drive, the possible potential, community, and aftermarket are some of the reasons why the 370z seems to fit me best.
