Anyway, my 'Q60S values at about 28-30K for clean trade in, but my payoff is close to 34K. After weeks of discussing back and forth, he has offered me 34K for my car (trade in), and 31K for his Z. He has it listed at the sticker price of $34,789 (which is ridiculous I know).

I had planned on picking the car up last night (first time I saw it up close). I went to the dealer on new years day while they were closed. I was able to kinda see the car as it is parked next to the glass walls of the showroom. Last night when I saw the car up close, I found they clearly did not put any care into washing the vehicle. There were swirls and lings EVERYWHERE. I eventually went on to find a 3-4 inch actual scratch on the drivers side mirror. At that point I left. I told the salesman that my Infiniti now, with 10k miles on it, is in better shape than this "brand new" car. I SPECIFICALLY asked the lady on the phone if the car was spotless.

I am assuming they will try to contact me today. I'm sure they will either offer more money offer, or to try and buff the pain and fix the scratch.

Advice on this?
like she's going to care..
