Several years ago, I was sick with the flu on a business trip and couldn't drive home. Thankfully, I was at a Marriott and the staff took care of me for three days. My expectations were exceeded and hand written letters of commendation and appreciation were sent to Arne Sorenson.


The Marriot is a Class Act I never get a cold or even the flu
Maybe because I swim daily
