I recently replaced it, it was fairly easy, I ended up breaking the original installing a new steering wheel

. Pretty much just take the wheel off, I took the plastic around the steering column off, and put the new one in, making sure its lined up, then put it back together. I can't remember if you need to take the plastic parts off for the clock spring or not, but I was painting my paddle shifter's red so I had to.
