Could be that the shipping company was not careful with it. I have seen multiple security came footages of those workers throwing the packages literally as hard as they can. They even try tossing the big packages as far as they can.
People are getting their parts slowly, but surely. Rich is working on it. Remember if you file a paypal claim and they return your money, you have to return the replacement item if it already is shipped already.

And they are still using the same exact shipper unfortunately for me.
. I understand that if I filed a claim and got a refund, I'm liable to return what has shipped...but that's if anything has shipped in the first place. So far nothing. And as others have mentioned, as soon as that claim goes through, they magically ship the product. Funny how that works out. I'd just appreciate it, if they gave some realistic/truthful information and not just more of the same
