I had the same option as you back in August. Except both my options were new.
I couldn't justify spending 3-5k more to add touring to my sport. Bose and leather side bolsters on the seats, plus bunch of extra weight. No thanks. The sports seats are 100% same as touring minus leatherette side bolsters, middle is the same. Sport seats felt way more stable, the leather sides make you slide exactly where it should hold.
100% Enthusiast choice = base sport 6mt.
Touring sport = just go buy the g37 if you want touring luxuries.

This is what I'm looking at. I don't think spending the extra money is worth it. Could I afford it? Yeah, but it seems unnecessary to increase the price for those few itens.
I currently have a Q60s..got it new last year. I'm getting rid of that to get back into a Z..it just does not provide the same experience/love as a Z. So a G37 would be out of the question
