OP, I occasionally have the same problem. Just started happening since the temperature has been dropping. Have you resolved it yet?

When I first installed the kit, I wrapped the TPS extension cable in ThremoTec heat repellent wrap, because it was summertime, and I didn't like the sheath that the cable was originally wrapped in. But that was in the summer when it was hot. Recently, I wrapped the whole cable (including the ThermoTec wrap) in aluminum foil for shielding against electrical interference. I haven't had a problem since, but I don't exactly have high hopes that the aluminum foil will do anything. So I expect that it will come back on again.

Searching the p1239 code, it pulls up posts where some people suggest replacing the throttle PEDAL sensor at the base of the gas pedal. But the majority of the problems seem to be people with Stillen Superchargers, which would indicate that the problem is in the TPS extension cable. I don't want to just get another Stillen cable because I bought my kit in July, so unless Stillen changed how they make them in the last few months, I'd probably just get another cable with the same vulnerabilities. But at the same time, I don't have a problem with the MAF extension cable.

Yes, I've done all of the resets including the throttle body reset. Any thoughts?
