Thanks, Clifford. Yes, am feeling better, but not 100%.
Worked arms, shoulders, and back this morning for 45 minutes and then did 45 minutes of cardio on the stationary bike. Felt good to move around, but now I'm wiped out. Meeting a fellow forum member for lunch, so better get moving. Hope you have a great weekend!
