My method for negotiation is simple: after figuring out which car I want, I say, "I want to see the invoice". They like to play the, "Well, I'll get the invoice...if you buy the car today". Sure, I'll do that, if I get the price I want. Which is generally about invoice lol...
Tough to low ball without something to gauge where to start low-balling. Hence, why the invoice comes in handy
