There should be no problem mixing the two colors provided they are pre-mixed as required. The blue can just be added straight because it is pre-mixed. The green should only be added straight in small quantities when a slightly heavier mix is required for colder temps. Otherwise, the green should be pre-mixed with distilled water to the appropriate concentration. Once the green is mixed properly, it can be combined with the blue without issue. Nissan just says mixing the two colors reduces the life to that of the green coolant

My guess is that idiot tech poured a large quantity of straight green coolant in your car to get that kind of result but who knows
