Default RHD Japan-Amuse Vestito Wing Issue-please help

****UPDATE! RHD Japan has been amazing. They did some research on the wing and have determined it's actually a Dry Carbon set up they sent me. Which explains the cloud from when the Resin was sucked up. The shop I spoke with taught me a TON about carbon Fiber today and they are incredibly knowledgable. That being said, he is 100% confident in being able to make this wing absolutely shine and even complimented how nice the piece was as he's seen quite a bit of Carbon Fiber in this "raw" stage. Will update with pics when it comes back from the shop!***

Hey guys,

So the long awaited Wing just came in today! Hood side mirrors, pillars, fenders, and lip are going to be a bit longer but this is the first piece! I was a bit sad to see the condition it came in though, but all minor and easy fixes EXCEPT this:

Carbon fiber looks EXTREMELY cloudy and just awful. Almost like a protective wax coating? Can't figure it out though. Tried to wash off and once it dries it just goes right back to it's cloudy state. I don't want to buff it until I hear back from RHD, but can anyone put my mind at ease as to what to do?

All the carbon fiber looks like this. Notice the cloud look, even some patches that look extra cloudy and surface scratches in the haze itself:

Side view really shows this:

Gurney Flap came in perfect and exactly how I'd expect CF to look. You can see the cloudyness even more when I place these up next to each other:

The minor parts but still disappointing that I can fix. First chip is on the upper rear and will be covered up with the gurney flap:

Second chip is right where the Carbon Fiber meets the fiberglass. This I plan to have the pearl white just paint over it. The line will essentially start right where this chip starts:
