im having problems with my apple mail software not refreshing while the phone is locked. i saw quite a few people with this problem. any solutions? im running iOS9.2

myMail software works fine for my other emails, all other notifications work fine so I narrowed it down to the apple mail software not refreshing my gmail inbox.
