Default Moving on from Swift Springs

I've had swifts for the last few years and while I've loved the improvement over stock and the 1" drop, I've relocated to a city with worse roads.
On the other hand, I'm actually pretty close to some tracks now, and will likely start tracking the car once spring comes around.

Until then, some roads are pretty jarring and ramps into parking lots here are pretty steep. Looking to get a coilover setup that would allow me to raise the car up a little bit more for the winter and be at least as comfortable as the Swifts+oem setup I have now.

Currently looking the most at KW V3's and Tein MonoSports. The KW's seem to be the most comfortable coilover setup, but I'm drawn to the linear springs and monotube construction of other coilovers.

Would I regret not getting linear springs once I start tracking the car more? Or even on weekend runs? Never had a car with progressive springs before, but I've always heard that linear springs are easier to work with and more suitable for harder driving.
And with the MonoSports, would they be noticeably more jarring than the Swifts over cracks and bumps in the road?
