I don't think we do since it's dealer dependent meaning it depends on dealership. Some respect it while other don't.
You can go to
Nissan USA - Nissan Cars, Trucks, Crossovers, SUVs, Hybrid and look at left lower corner. There should be a dealer locater. Put your zip code there and find all your nearest dealers. Then, just start calling them one by one and see which dealer offers VPP discount.
