Default 2014 Nismo screeching noise during start up.

Hello I was wondering if somebody could possibly help me out. This is my issue. I have a 2014 370 Z Nismo with approximately 30,000 miles on her. During cool start ups sometimes I hear a screeching noise. Every time I take it to the dealer to diagnose they me tell me I need a new clutch. I have already replaced the clutch at 17,500 miles because it was slipping. The service manager at the dealership said it was because I was riding the clutch which I never do. I went ahead and had the clutch and fly wheel replaced with a stage 2 competition clutch and flywheel. The noise never went away. I took a back to the dealer to insist that the noise was not coming from the clutch since I had it replaced. Their reply was yes it was the clutch and they want to charge $3000 for a new one without even dropping the transmission to check it out. They are going by sound and burnt smell. I don't even have 13000 miles on this new clutch and flywheel. Any idea what this noise might be coming from the engine bay? Do you guys think it is a clutch transmission problem? Like I said it only happens during start ups the car feels fine otherwise. Should I even worry about it?

Thanks
