well the shop that did mu pipes blew it on the y pipe. The intake to it is in at an angle so its clearly not splitting evenly. Thinking about it now I think it's doing what it was when the kits was first installed. The shop that installed it left off the part that blocks the lower filter so when I would coast at 3-40mph one MAF was getting more air that the other and the car would go into some protective mode and go pig rich. Our thought right now is that while we are not trying to tune it with the MAFs the car is still going into that mode because of what it's seeing from the MAFs. First we are going to try to trick the car, we are going to attach both MAF signal wires to one MAF so they get the same reading and then see if we can get anything to change SD tuning it. If that doesn't work we will have to have a new y pipe made.
