This can be said to the majority of any market part(s). Some just don't have the space to store replaced OEM parts. In the end, most who upgrade are not too concerned about keeping and/or replacing the OEM when selling.
For example, I just replaced three toilets in my house and I'm not gonna store them and replace them when it comes to sell.
