yah, it's a multi-meter so you can use it as a volt meter, ohm meter, etc.

u would turn the dial to exactly where that picture shows V "20"
that means its in the voltmeter mode, reading 0 to 20V.

- Or you can chose the o))) icon which I believe is the continuity test mode where it makes a beep sound when it detects continuity.


other example you can use V "2" for 0-2V range to check your AA battery charge wat not.

or if you want to figure out your resistor value, chose the ohm mode, etc.
