Check the battery voltage at the battery terminals.
Check voltage on big power cable going to starter from the fuse block attached to battery terminal. Put meter on end of wire going to starter.
Check all turn/marker lamps. As per Owner's Manual, a fast blink is used to indicate a burnt out lamp.

Battery is not at the top of my list of possibilities, but it's on the list and a LOT easier to check than the lamps.
