My local barber own's his shop. He only charges $10 for a cut and if you pay for 2 cuts up front he'll through in the 3rd cut for free. Not a bad deal.
I don't bother with salons any longer, it isn't worth spending $30-$40 per cut when you don't have much hair left anymore.
