Also not sure why you disconnected the battery. Is this instead of a trickle charger/battery tender? Is this facility heated/at least kept above freezing? If so you should be fine.
Overall it sounds good. Your Z should be ready to have fun again in the spring.

But yea, it's a heated storage facility. He said the battery tender wasn't worth the effort to put on. Nobody in his garage uses them. I figured neutral with wheel chocks is safe.
The guy had a few brand enw C7 vettes, a GT500, some old Ford Model T, a Hellcat, Some bloated Challengers, A few Trans AMs and MASSIVE boats. So I think the Z is in good hands. Just found it funny when he said I'm the first 370Z he has had in storage.
