I like where your head is at, but in the grand scheme of things changing the Clutch/flywheel will not have to much affect as far as harmonics go on a stock motor, as long as the flywheel was balanced when built.

This damper helps lessen the vibration in the crank at the points in the power-band where they are most damaging. The clutch/flywheel should not cause any vibrations that this cant handle.
