Default Stillen Front Bumper Fitment

Hey Guys, recently picked up the Stillen 4 piece kit.

Made sure everything was okay, took some pictures, and took it straight down to the body shop. I noticed everywhere Stillen had labels ending with a warning to check fitment before hand.

Long story short, get it back, and it's not close to good fitment. The guy wont fix it so I hand him a subpoena, Stillen said it was his fault for not fitting first. The bumper isn't tucked into the clips under the light and is clearly trying to bow out. Within a few days it would, and the side clips would snap. So now the clips adjacent to my fender are snapped and the bumper isn't flush against the lights. Pressure cracks are forming near where the lights meet the hood.

Has anyone who's installed this been required to take off their bumper absorber? I want to try to refit this myself and save the $2,300 I may or may not be receiving in the following lawsuit. I'm also going to try mounting the side panels nexto the fender offset backwards a little to reduce pressure... but it's still going to be pushing harder than it should on my bumper.

On a side note: Has the styroform absorber caused aspiration issues for anyone running a longtube *specifically Takeda*? Ever since install I noticed a drastic increase in my oil consumption, actually hitting safe mode. I will definitely be getting a new short-block.

Thanks for the time and cheers

Chris
