Default Active Baffles

I recently received a loud exhaust ticket for the second time... In all fairness it is much louder than any other car I know of short of a drag car. PPE LTH + AAM MP + AAM Tails...basically full straight pipe.
I was wondering if anyone has tried fitting active baffles to an exhaust? Or is there an aftermarket Z exhaust with active baffles? I know many of the OEM's are offering them from the factory. Is there a way to integrate these into an existing exhaust? Are these typically pressure triggered or RPM signal triggered? I like how loud the car is at times but daily city driving and highway driving can be a bit over the top.
I have been looking at a switch-able insert, meant to switch to a cut out, but as just an open to minimal flow insert. Has anyone seen this done before or is there an option on the market for something like this?
Thank you in advance.
