Default Ticking sound in transmission - disengaged clutch

Hi all!

I recently bought a 2011 Touring 370z with 48k miles, and brand new transmission replaced at 43k miles under warranty. Since I brought it home, I've felt a weird ticking within the transmission if I leave it in neutral and have the clutch pedal pressed to the floor. I can also feel it in the clutch pedal. It's not a consistent tick either. You can hear it inside the car but not outside of it due to the engine noise. Any idea what that could be? Taking it to the dealer Friday, just wanted some opinions before they say "it's normal".

Also, does this new transmission come with an extended warranty other than the 6/60k warranty?
