thanks for the reassurance...i'm gonna check with the dealership today and hopefully someone may have some insights about the NAV. Is that Kelly Blue Book where you did the pricing?

I just went to website cars.com and was able to put together a 40th anniversary model with a NAV system and it showed up as $40,230 MSRP and $38,380 MSRP without Nav package. I don't know if I can count on this as a reliable source to validate the 40th anniversary to be able to have a NAV system. If anyone can confirm this, please let me know. Thanks!
