That's a lot of toe in too, 1/4"+.
.03123 = 1/32" ea side, or .0625 = 1/16" total toe.
Toe in or out is actually more of a tire eater than the camber. I ran -2.5 rear camber until I got toe bolts without much uneven wear at all. That was with the same rear toe setting rear, 1/16", in and dead Zero in front.
