Front lip for 2009-2014 Nismo 370Z.

I have a slightly damaged front lip for a 2009-2014 Nismo. The
damage is very minor and is only on the back side of the lip where
it connects to the under shield. One tab is cracked but I can fix that if the buyer wants. The front part and under side is
not damaged and looks fine on the car. (very slight scratches on a few spots on the bottom from scraping)
See the pics, the last one shows the damage. Asking $100 plus S/H. The retail price for this part is around $400 from Nissan!
