I would like to please ask that no other types of events like toy drives are organized from this meet.

Its sole purpose was meant to be a meet and greet with forum members, Primarily a low key meet.

If anyone would be interested in setting something up?

Your more than welcomed to open a NEW specific thread solely for that reason.
