Wouldn't the "best" bar be dependent on the type of tires the op is using in addition to his intended use? I realize that many people may be answering the last part of his question

I wish I was more knowledgeable about the impact that the various sway bar kits will have on the handling dynamics of the car, but I would imagine that if all you are doing is driving spiritedly on public roads and your only performance measurement is less roll, most off the shelf kits stiffer than stock will get you there.
