Damn sorry to hear about that, I would be livid and contemplating setting the car on fire after all that...
When mine went out, I was on my 2nd date with someone I liked and we both worked at the same company... Got just a mile away and as I was making a right turn in an intersection the pedal didn't fully return, there was maybe 2" of play in the pedal. Enough to get it to move after stalling several times. Got it to a parking lot and waited about an hour or so for a tow... My date was "too tired" to go on after getting the car picked up, so we had to call it a night... I never got to have a make up date
