Not to mention the metal shaved from the cylinder wall as the rings seat. I was actually amazed at the color of my oil when I checked the dipstick at 250 miles. It wasn't dark, but it clearly had dark particles floating in it..in fact the dark matter was not mixing with the oil, it was almost like oil and water.
