26k sounds to me like a fairly good deal considering it has low miles, it's 2013 and it has both sport and touring. I'm guessing the dealer paid like 23 or 24 for it but that's at an auction and you'll never find it at that price.

They may have paid even more, sometimes these MT cars don't sell and they want to move them and make space for more cars. They can sell probably six altimas in six months if they clear the space (if it's a very small dealership where space is an issue) instead of parking the Z there for six months and it only gets older and older.

I paid 21.5 for my 2012 sport with 38k miles that was a lease return. The guy showed me the photocopy of the lease payoff check for 21k. He wasn't trying to make a profit on it, he needed to move it. I know all car salesmen say that, but sometimes it's true they price a car low to get it off the lot, it does happen.

What color is it, is it stock and hasn't been abused? I'd move on this car if I were you.
