Adams deep wheel cleaner, brushes for surface and calipers, wheel woolie for behind spokes and their turbo stick to get all the crap that builds up on the drums you normally can't reach. Regular car wash soap should work too *if* you keep up on it. Finish with detailing spray or wax to make next time easier.
Ps. I have Works Gnosis 20" wheels so slightly diff needs from a design and reach perspective.
