the OEM dual-mass flywheel chatters, and the single-mass ones are even louder. No fluid is going to help that. Joe at ZSpeed might be able to help you out with some noise reduction options, but if it doesn't bother you that much it's probably not worth the labor cost to drop the transmission just to change out the flywheel or something.

As for transmission fluid, the normal claim is that the Redline fluid smooths shifts or reduces notchiness in your shifts. Use the Redline MT-85 fluid.
