Their normal operation is M-F but I can't take a day off so the owner, Matt, offered to open their shop on Saturday for my car. Going to get my art pipes installed too while I'm there. Will report back and let you guys know how they do.

So I just want to follow up and share my experience working with SFE a couple of weeks back getting my suspension installed. I needed help to get my parts put on after I had tweaked my back while working out there was just no way I could tackle this job myself. I contacted a few local shops to have the following parts install: Swift springs, SPL rear camber arms, Spc toe bolts. I knew I would get raped for not DIYing it but the quotes I got were simply outrages! some shops were quoting up to 6 hours of labors! I just didn't find that possible, especially when these shops have access to air tools, spring compressors, lifts,etc...This job could be done in 4 hours even if they were taking their time!...Needless to say, I continued to look around and found my way to Street Faction Engineering on FaceBook. This shop specializes in designing and fabrication drift and track builds, but I found out they also offer aftermarket parts and suspension services so I immediately reached out to Matt, the shop owner. I told Matt the parts I have and he said he would do $120 for the springs and 70 for camber arms and toe bolts, which by the way, also includes elongating the holes for the Spc bolts. I then remember my Art pipes that's been sitting around for last year and Matt said he'll put it on for $100. Sweet friqqin' deal! I was stoked because these prices are literally half off the quotes I got from similar shops in the area! We scheduled for Saturday afternoon even though their normal business hours is M-F. It was awesome because he knew I couldn't afford to take a day off work so he accommodated me.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised. The shop was very clean and organized. Matt showed me around the shop and talked about the project cars he's got going on. Very cool guy, loves to talk cars and know his way around Nissans. Matt brought in two of his crew to work on my car to speed things up. They managed to get all my suspension pieces and test pipes installed in just around 2.5 hours! The guys worked quickly and efficiently. The install went smooth without any hiccups, well...almost, but it was my damn fault, I had forgotten to bring the hardware for the test pipes but being stubborn, I didn't want to leave without the tp put on so I asked Matt to use any bolts he could find in the shop to temporarily attach them and I would come back another day with the proper size hardware, so as a result of that I've been driving around with a leaked tp surprisingly the car hadn't throwing any codes or CELs but I'll try to go back and get it all tightened up soon. I got my car aligned a few days later and the car drives perfect. No creaks or noise from the new springs. The Swifts are very comfortable to drive on, it absorb impacts much better than the stock springs I had. Handling is also greatly improved, the car definitely feel more planted. I was able to dial the rear alignment #s within specs, no problems there. The front cambers currently sit around -2.5 but that's all I can hope for until I get some front camber arms put in. Overall, it was a great experience. The guys at Street Faction Engineering did a fantastic job on my suspension and test pipes. I'm really glad I have found them, and I would recommend anyone around the area to check them out if you need custom fabrication or just looking to get some parts installed. You can get in touch with Matt directly via FaceBook or text him 562-507-1390 for any inquiries.
