I agree, the supercharged Cobra's with IRS were bad-***. A friend of mine sold his last year for a mere $18K. He used to flog that thing around the track with some heavy boost until he lifted a head. If I was a muscle car guy I would have bought it off him in a heart beat.

There is an IRS conversion available for the newer Mustangs but it is cost prohibitive. The live axle can be made serviceable at the track, but IRS takes the mid-corner bumps better.
