Its a common problem with this transmission, try changing oil in it to redline brand, check for the right weight in your manual. This brand of oil is what am using now be4 i had same problem, also heavy shiftknob is also recommended, it helps the gears slide in smoother.

Mean time when you shift to first or reverse i found that shifting to 2nd, or 3rd, right be4 u shift to 1st or revese helped alling syncronos and makes gears go in easier.
