Is it really worth getting that upset about? Sure, it might be an inconvenience to go in every month or two for the extension. But how many times have you had to do this? 3 times? I would try not to let it stress you out.

That being said... ask for the manager's boss next time. If they say he's not there, ask for his boss. If they say none of them are there, ask to make an appointment to speak with their boss(es) in person at the dealership. Hopefully someone in that chain should be able to help you more than "Texas is behind on license plates". Because I'm sure that's just some We just bought my wife a brand new Accord at the end of July, and I just got a call that the plates came in yesterday
